My name is Kaja. I’m 20 years old photographer and proud dog & chickens mom.
For me, photography is the perfect balance of working with new people, their unique personalities and faces, and editing photos on rainy days.
I got to know the photographic life very early on as a child. I bought my first camera when I was 8, and improved my knowledge at the Elementary School for Design and Photography in Ljubljana. A trip to London led me to solo exhibitions and the title of National Champion in Digital Photography in 2018.
Why do I do photography? With the click of a button, I stop time and create a memory forever.
I devote most of my time to photography. Besides that, dogs, cooking, and consequently also good food and music, warm hugs and good movies on Friday nights make me happy

As a photographer, I believe that photography should be full of sincere moments and emotions.
I want to evoke that real nostalgia in people, when they relive memories from the sofa while looking at old photos. This is precisely what encourages and attracts me in photography.
New, unusual and adventurous locations, local and foreign, near or far, present me with new challenges, happiness and maybe sometimes, already excessive euphoria.
